Tanzania January 2013: Trip Report

Well, another tour behind me, and there are no words to describe the wonderful experiences we enjoyed on this amazing trip.

Special thanks to my guests, we all had such a great time, became better friends, and the photogrphy opportunities were spectacular.

We ended up shooting for almost 8 full days.  Traveling to several national parks and the Serengetti.
So many species covered, such amazing light, and action!  Fantastic conversations, each of us sharing great stories, tips and techniques for everyone's benefit.

Thanks also to our guides, Nas and Nickson.  What an excellent job!  Safe, secure, well fed, and comfortable accommodations... and the sights they provided were incredible.  My 3rd tour with these guys, and our friendships grow stronger each visit.  Also, Donna (Nas wife and mother of his 2 children) for all the planning and managing of our tour.

My buddy and superb photographer George Nagy, an excellent teacher provided awesome help to everyone, along with Sue Rattcliffe helping out too.  Her creative skills are superb, and we hope to show some images / comments here on the blog from everyone.  Thanks to Wayne and Peggy for all the fun, laughs, consideration, and cooperation, you both were so much fun to be with. Wayne enjoyed his second tour with me to Africa, also his 4th travel tour!  Thanks Wayne!

We will all do this again sometime, as we look forward to more adventures around the world.

A few of my images below., lots more to come on my Flickr, 500px, pBase etc.
